I walked into Alayna’s practice this morning overwhelmed by pain and emotions. She helped me navigate the causes and advocate a plan for treatment in an interview before my service. This sounds so simple, yet what she is able to do by asking sound questions and getting to know the present situation is actually profound. The most relaxing and healing at the same time. The therapy has release my painful migraines, and locked up shoulder from an injury. Aylana is a master in her technique and has wonderful bed side manner. If you are considering Acupunture - she is one of the best !
