I walked into Alayna’s practice this morning overwhelmed by pain and emotions. She helped me navigate the causes and advocate a plan for treatment in an interview before my service. This sounds so simple, yet what she is able to do by asking sound questions and getting to know the present situation is actually profound. She has an ability to dive deeper and connect to me personally. She customizes my sessions based off of WHO I am and what works best for ME.She is a truly compassionate caregiver and I left her space feeling so much better! The most relaxing and healing at the same time. The therapy has release my painful migraines, and locked up shoulder from an injury. Aylana is a master in her technique and has wonderful bed side manner. If you are considering Acupunture - she is one of the best !

Alayna really knows what she’s doing and has her patient’s best interest in mind. She has made injuries go away overnight!The rest and relaxation I get from each treatment is unparalleled. I sleep better, can train harder and have that piece of mind that she’s in my corner.Thank you Alayna!!!
