“Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Duensing is very helpful, professional and caring. Which for me has been a rare experience in the world of high priced dental practice. I just switched. My former dentist, Caleb Johnson, once Medicare advantage ran out went from charging me $47 for a crown re-cement to $295. When I challenged the billing office the reply was, "we are under no obligation to offer you a better rate". Upon researching this I found they were obligated by contract with Medicare to offer the Medicare rate. Make sure you discuss with your dentist how they will bill once Medicare benefits are exhausted and you pay out of pocket.“
