Codie Lea is amazing! I love her space and energy! I just saw her for a first time appointment. I had some energy cleared and a shoulder, neck and head massage. When I first came in I was in a significant amount of pain And I felt a lot of pressure bearing down on me. After I left I felt energetically lighter and physically looser! Before the world shut down, codie and I had dinner and she told me the word "terricited " when I was talking about doing things that I needed to that I hadn't. Then she gave me this beautiful llama journal for my birthday. Today, I decided on that whole joy thing she had talked about. Letting go of more of the past was my way today to let joy take hold of me... so I cleaned and threw out a bunch of stuff that lead me to journal that lead me to a complete soul opening cry session of letting go and release. Whoa. ...I write this to say, talk to this woman! She has changed my life everyday from the first day of our friendship. I'm blessed to call her one of my best best friends. Yes, she will call you on your stuff because that's what she does best; she'll also hold you accountable to lead YOUR life, to become the whole you, to love yourself and to allow yourself to grow. If you've thought about talking with her, give it a shot. I know for me, she's forever changed my life and I lean on things she's taught me everyday. It was just on my heart to share today.
