“Decent vet. Went to the vet once, the staff (including the vet) was kind and professional, the place was clean and they took appropriate safety measures for the pets and their humans. They could use a bit of training/work on the admin side because that was a bit clunky but they are a good local vet.“

“We have been going to Millis Animal Hospital since they were located off of Hanley and Dale. We have always received great care for our pets there. Sad to say, curently we will no longer be going to them as we just put our dog to sleep. The doctor and staff were very kind and understanding, and let us have as much time with our dog as needed to say goodbye. I am forever grateful for many years of wonderful care for our pets.“

“Went to see Dr Chip yesterday as a new client. She got down on the floor with my rescue Bailey and petted and loved on her her throughout our visit, giving her a very thorough exam. When she gave Bailey her vaccine, she did it so Bailey didn't even notice. She spent the time fully listening about Baileys complicated past, showing great empathy and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Chip, so glad I found her to take care of my precious baby!“

“The employees here were so accommodating and friendly. My dog is very skittish and uncomfortable, trusting other humans because she is not very socialized. I had an emergency and needed to board my dog for the Christmas holiday weekend. Took her to Vetco because she had an appointment, and they made up some random excuse why they couldn't give her a shot she needed. I called Brentwood Animal Hospital, and Michelle and the rest of the team were life savers. Chanel, my dog, was able to get her shot, and the vet she saw said that the next time she has to come, he would order her something to calm her down.
