Spoke with Jamie on the phone, and he gave me good information to help me make the decision on what to do to increase the R value in my attic. Another company I got a quote from wanted to vacuum out the old insulation, but Jamie helped me understand that is overkill, if the old insulation doesn't have water or pest damage. My insulation was clean, so I was able to just blow insulation over the top of the old, and the temperature in our house is staying much more stable than it was. Friendly from the free quote, then prompt with their service. They redid our attic that had only 3 or 4 inches of insulation. It's now an R46 or so - more than suggested by CU and with receipts I got a rebate. After they left everything was clean. Insulation was easy with B&B - I would hire them again.
