When we had an urgent electrical situation, Terry answered right away at 10 PM. He was extremely helpful over the phone giving me guidance as to how to manage the situation until he could get to our home the next morning. He had to rearrange some scheduled things but wanted to be sure to get us in quickly and was here right when he said he would be. He gave very thorough explanations of what exactly had happened and what needed to be done going forward. Very helpful!Service: Electrical wiring repair
