“May 2024 - After waiting three days for a service rep from another company to show up, I cancelled them and called Dulle. The man that answered the phone said the problem was probably with my photo sensors and told me what to do. He was right, of course. Very simple fix and very unusual to get help like that when they could very easily have made a service call and charged me. All business and recommendations to Dulle from now on!“
