** Revised** I've worked for this company for a while now. I still think they are good people. But there's something not exactly right here. It's a regional company in it's mentality (i.e. 500 mile runs, truck at terminal during off time, maintenance done at terminal, etc) but they think they are an OTR Company. They don't have a national tire/ maintenance program, they don't honor the traditional " for every week out you get a day off" concept. It's like the land of forgotten toys, or a crazy patchwork quilt. I think once they identify what they are (regional/ OTR) they'll be better off. They'll attract the type of driver they need. My huni works here and their all so nice very family oriented dispatch is on the ball and that's what we likepay is good and trucks seem in good condition so we feel like we finally found a place to call home
