Walmart service department is crap. They clearly see you standing there waiting to be helped but yet they ignore you and continue on as if you're not there. Do better Walmart!

Do not go here for tires. I had something in my tire between the treads, I found it myself. They tried to tell me it waa in the side wall and that I needed a new tire. THEY ALWAYS SAY THIS to get you to buy their crappy tires! Go down the road to friendly they will treat you right!!

If I was to give a 0 star - I would. The worst employee environment ever. I worked at Monett Walmart for almost 2 1/2 years and was treated horribly the whole time I was employed. After one of my immediate family members got diagnosed with cancer, I got told by Carolyn S that if I had called in I would "lose hours." Ever since I left, one of the managers that treated me horribly had been fired. But the one that has made everyone quit because they ALSO get treated horrible is STILL there. Corporate - do something about her?!!!? She has no right to treat people the way she does. I had a family member go in there today and she started yelling at my family member.... read full review
