Our air conditioner quit working on a Saturday. Guy came out and was extremely helpful and efficient. He explained what he saw. Additional tests were needed. He came back and did them. Unfortunately it was not a repairable problem and would need a new unit. Highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with my HVAC system and Smith H&C was able to send out a technician within a few hours. The tech, Scott, diagnosed the issue quickly and showed me what the issue was. He gave me an affordable quote and was in the middle of replacing the bad part when the original installer of the system came by at the builder's request, to avoid warranty issues. I felt bad because Scott was already in the middle of things but he handled an awkward situation very professionally and I would definitely request him again.

Woke up without heat and called Smith's. Guy came out within ten minutes of my call to fix the issue. Guy was thorough in explaining what he did, what we could do or look for in the future, and came out a second time the same day to ensure everything was still working well. We appreciate how quick, polite, and informative Guy from Smith's has been both times we've needed to call.
