He was open for bussiness and got back to me right away. He couldn't get to us till Monday as he was very busy and our problem annoying but livable. However, it was great being able to get to an interactive human so quickly, and to know you can find help. Sometimes you have to wait. But when he and his employees came they were courteous prompt and knowledgable. They treated my elderly mother great. Found the problem and got it fixed for a pretty reasonable price.
