I can honestly say I was going to post a negative review until yesterday. I was without heat for 26 days waiting on a part and luckily when I called yesterday I got Addison! He was the best! He called me 5 or 6 times and was trying to get something done with our furnace. Comes to find out a faulty Carbon Monoxide machine was the issue. He worked around our schedule and was caring in making sure our furnace was in the best shape and working correctly before he left. He took the time to check over our whole unit to make sure it was the only issue and going forward I will always ask for him to come take care of us. Thank you again Addison! I was without heat and had a little one in the home. I called a few places and left messages and never received a call. So I Google and called Controlled Aire. They came, explained the issues andfixed the problem! The two guys were pleasant, informative and got the work completed quickly. I will call on them again if needed. I was very pleased.

Controlled Aire has serviced my HVAC System for the past several years. Prior to the holidays, I called CA with a heating unit problem and they were repairing my furnace within an hour. The techs are professional and great explaining any questions. They are fair and reasonable in repair costs. I highly recommend Controlled Aire.Service: HVAC system repair
