“Been going here for years. Just had four cats fixed last week. They take good care of the animals and seem to really care about them. Only thing that turned me off was while I was waiting to pick my cats up the girl on the phone was taking a woman's card info while on speaker. I mean she had her spell her last name and repeat numbers. If I had been a dishonest person I could of easily stolen her info. After that I just don't trust them with that kind of info and will always go inside to pay from now on.<br><br>Reply to business.<br><br>Where was this customer? Behind the doors? I've been there a dozen times and am always made to go in front of the desk to pay, not into the personnel area where the animals are. It was me, an extremely angry woman that the receptionist upset to the point she swore off coming back and an older woman I believe in the lobby. The voice was behind the desk. I don't trust it. Doesn't matter I'll keep recommending this office but will advise to not pay over the phone.<br>They take great care of the animals and that's what matters.“
