Jeff was amazing to work with in a time of need. He went out of his way to help accommodate our situation given the circumstances. He was very supportive and compassionate with our family. He offered many great suggestions on ways to help us keep our memories alive. We were very appreciative. We had a negative interaction with another worker there and he was apologetic regarding that situation.

At the time when we were lost, Ron show professionalism and compassion. It was important to our family that John was remembered for who he was, not focusing on his death. Ron was there every step of the way, and made his celebration a time that his family wanted.
