“They were very kind. They cared for our cat, and gave him the shots he needed to tide him over to our visit to our closer-to-home veterinarian, and informed us of our options for our cat's urinary troubles without forcing us into keeping him with them if we wanted him closer to home in case anything happened. They did require specification as to whether we would leave him for overnight care or not before we could see our cat after treatment started, in case he needed to go in for surgery right away, but im sure they had their reasons.“
