I LOVE this place! We have been using them for the last 3 years and she is always fast, accurate, and professional! We always received our taxes quickly! She doesn't charge outrageous amounts of money for her services either.... I highly recommend this place!

I filled my taxes this year through this accounting service. Or at least i tried. I drive the 30 miles to her location and bring all necessary documents to have my taxes filed, previous years tax returns and w2s and such.
I was told i should expect the return in 2 or 3 weeks. Like everyone during tax season i make plans for my return and am expecting it anxiously. 7 and a half weeks go by and i call her up to get my tax return amount so that i can look on the irs website and see where my tax return was. Come to find out that she never even filled it because she didn't take all the information that she needed from my previous years tax return. I'm livid. I'm half...read full review

I'm half tempted to tell her to nevermind and give me back my w2s however she says she would file it immediately over the phone so i give her the info and i receive it not even a week and a half later. Finally right? Wrong. Then she has the audacity to bill me for her "services". I complained that i shouldn't have to pay because of her mistake. and yet she still insisted to take payment. Awful service. Doesn't care about the customer. Just wants you're money.
