I had a Honeycomb Duette shade break. One of the cords snapped. It was an old shade, twenty years old. Buying a new one would have run $400. Victor Shade repaired it for $95. It took them a couple of weeks to get to it but I wasn't in any particular rush. If another one of my Honeycomb shades breaks I would take it to Victor to have them fix it rather than buy a new one.
