I want to say that I never want to leave a negative review. I think small businesses are so important in our country. But if you are looking for a reliable, responsive lawn service company, I would absolutely not recommend using RMS due to their lack of communication, service and faulty invoices. The last time they mowed was mid-July. I contacted Gavin the beginning of August via text because our lawn was getting long and I wanted to see if they’d be by to mow soon, especially in the back. First time I have used them. What a great job and I feel I got my money worth. The guys doing the work were great. I will use them next year
I used RMS for a double (two-pass) aeration and they were incredibly fast and efficient. The quality (I have LOTs of tiny holes in my lawn, now!) and price are excellent. I'm not sure you could rent a machine and do it yourself for less.
