The install was very nice and they took the time to explain what they were doing. They were on time and they keep both areas clean. So when they left we just enjoyed our new doors and had zero clean-up

New windows installed Mid May. Outstanding product. Installers, Joe,John and Alex were fantastic. Beautiful install and they did fantastic clean up. I highly recommend RBA and the listed installers.

Love the quality of the windows. Our house is so much quieter.We had an existing Anderson sliding door that years earlier we installed ourselves. Over time the weather stripping at the bottom came off. Salesman said it could be fixed. Installer looked at it and didn't want to mess with it. AggravatingHonesty means a lot. When the installer left we noticed our back porch broom was missing. My husband called the installer and nicely questioned him. (thinking it was a simple mix-up.) without even checking, installer said he didn't have our broom, all his things had his initials on them. Well, No way was his helper looking for initials on things when they cleaned...read full review
