I am giving First Onsite Restoration Company an excellent review. I was referred to them from my Insurance Company. I worked with Micah, the Product Manager. From the very first interaction with him, I immediately knew I was in good hands. He handled all the Insurance questions. He had great communication skills and we talked throughout the restoration - he was always making sure I was happy with the work. The workers were true professionals and I couldn’t be happier with their work and the final project. I hope people read my review and choose this company. They will turn your disaster into a positive experience!!!
I called FirstOnsite after a storm ripped off part of our roof. Steve was out to assess the damage and provide an estimate before the insurance adjuster even came. Mary was great as our office contact and was very prompt in getting the paperwork going. Micah was our PM and got our job going asap! His team did a great job and was very fast. Micah was always in communication with us and made sure we were satisfied. We actually used these guys when my dad's house needed storm repair, too, so would definitely recommend these guys.
First Onsite was very professional . Mike and his crew were very polite. Left my house in a very manageable way and very clean. Could of not asked for nicer people to handle this very messy broken drain pipe in wall. They were also very nice to our crazy dogs. The main concern was the comfort and safety of my family and our animals.
