2023 -Gilmer (Giovanni) & Daniel did an awesome job!!! I highly recommend them!!! Thank you so much!!!!! 2024 I used them again: Sales staff don't follow up on questions when you reach out. The installers are the best!!! They are foreign and they got the job done.!! Sales, I give you 3 stars.
Very happy with my entire experience. My estimator was Dan who did a great job of going over the various options. I went with luxury vinyl plank and carpet. Price was very good and installation went good. Giving Empire 5 stars and highly recommend them for your flooring needs
Our sales rep, Dan, was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted. The install crew was awesome. Came in and went right to work. Even helped put some furniture back together when they finished the install. They did three bedrooms (one big and two average) in about 2.5 hours. We would use Empire again.
