I have been using Design Aire for many years now. They have always been very thorough in their inspections and cleaning of both my A/C and furnace. (I watch Gary as he works.). They have never tried to oversell or recommend anything I didn’t need. Kudos for their honesty and the quality of equipment that they sell and install. I’ll be using them as my HVAC people for many years to come.
Steve was absolutely incredible to work with. He was kind, explained everything, and did great work. Cannot recommend him highly enough, and Design Aire was the best choice we could’ve made. They came quickly to resolve our problem and did not price gauge us for the work. We will be working with them again for sure.
Fast. Efficient. Honest. James was incredibly helpful in showing and explaining everything he was doing for a routine maintenance for our AC. Didn't try to up-sell us on any uneeded repairs or equipment and gave insightful tips for future maintenance we could do on our own. Highly recommend and will use again for our future AC/Heating maintenance needs and any emergency situations that may arise. Thank you!!!
