Always have had good service with Design Aire. The technician who came to inspect our furnace this week (Thomas Tune) was very courteous, honest and explained things very well. We built our house 20 years ago, used Design Aire to install our original HVAC and they've been the only ones we've called since. We have a dual zone system and 20 years later, both original furnaces are still running great and we've only had to replace one AC unit (just last year). (Knocking on wood - I probably just jinxed it).
