Jay arrived in the appointment time scheduled. He was very knowledgeable about our heating system.
He made a quick diagnosis to find the electrical part that had a short in it. The service took less than an hour to get our home warm again.
I highly recommend FTS.

Amazing customer service and outstanding repair job with the utmost kindness and respect. We're so grateful for Andrew and his team at FTS for their professionalism and speedy service. Our blower wasn't turning on and the culprit ended up being the control board. T/S didn't take long and he had the universal part on hand. Thank God for providing such wonderful and talented folks to work with. Thank you FTS for saving the day! Update: Trevor came out 8.24.2024 for furnace tune-up and did a fantastic job checking all the parameters and also cleaning out the blower fan (a much needed maintenance item). This will hopefully extend the service life on our system.... read full review

It was excellent service, they came out the same day that I called and were able to get our leaking A/C unit fixed very quickly. Jay was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and got the job done right.
