Great service and selection. Employees are helpful and friendly. I gave 3 stars because they are terrible at notifying you when your glasses are ready. We have 3 people in our family who got glasses/contacts, and they never called to let us know they were ready for pick up. I had to call each time to ask. When I called, they insisted they called on such and such a date and left a message. How can they leave a message when we don't have voicemail? I was very disappointed with this aspect of their service.

I had a wonderful experience. The doctor was very friendly and he did not make it in any way awkward for me. He made me feel comfortable and explained to me exactly what he was doing. The staff is also wonderful. Very patient and helpful. I love it.

In Jan 2011 i had an eye check done and purchased glasses here while i was living in Missouri. The doctor and staff were incredibly helpful in choosing the kind of eye glasses for myself. They made the visit enjoyable. I Appreciated all of their help
