Jason, Tanner, and Drew came out to our apartment today and did really clean work! I can’t brag on them enough-Jason even did the extra steps to fix all vent covers and have them point the right way (he didn’t have to.. we had no idea they’ve been facing the wall for 3 years! Lol). Wait, there’s More! Lol He also took the time to very neatly add silicone to any holes in the duct—now I won’t have to change my filter so often!!!

This is one first class company.
I have been with Peter’s for some time now, and they have been just great. I recently had my main level AC go out, grandkids at home, and it was getting pretty warm. Called after hours line and they responded quickly. Greg Peters himself came out later, and he and his crew didn’t leave my house till we were ok.
At 9:20pm, Stacey Peters called to follow up and give me a plan of attack. Greg Peters followed up the next morning.
I’m a former military guy, and this is an incredible, text book display of service to a customer. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.

After another company failed at troubleshooting my A/C issues I called Peters Service Company. The owner came out the same day and quickly identified 4-5 issues that the other company missed and he got it working again. I knew it was about time to replace the old system (21 yrs old) and after he confirmed that the fixes were temporary and wouldn't last, I had him quote a replacement. New system has now been installed and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Wish I could give them 6 stars!
