“I went here and saw both Rae and Sejla and honestly it was life changing. I’ve been to the chiropractor and gotten massages before, but genuinely nothing like these experiences. I did not tell either of these women about my prior injuries (stuff that’s happened like 5 or 7 years ago) because I didn’t think it mattered. Yet somehow, they were able to spot muscle imbalances and work their magic to correct them while knowing exactly where they were. The Massage & Spa place itself was incredibly clean, has such a calming and zen atmosphere. Whoever was checking me in both times was friendly and so informative and so patient without being pushy at all. Just a great group of people who take their profession seriously. Both times I left feeling 1000x better than I walked in and I can’t wait to return.“

“20 out of 10, highly recommend! My son came down with the flu while we were on vacation. I called guest services to ask for a thermometer. Security quickly brought it, checked his temperature and let us keep it for the duration of our stay. Even came back a few minutes later with extra batteries just in case. Less than an hour later, I received a text from in room dining management asking if there was anything they can bring for him (ginger ale, soup, crackers, etc). Every single staff member I spoke with after the thermometer request asked how he was doing, offered to help, etc. The service of this staff is absolutely incredible. I used room service a good bit for my meals as well since he was sick and we had to stay in the room. All of the food was amazing! Beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. Will definitely be staying at Four Seasons every time we return. I’m very grateful for the above and beyond customer experience.“

I had a dilemma with my hair, and I was nervous I wouldn't be able to get it redone in time for my wedding, but Rosalyn squeezed me in last minute between 2 clients for a color correction consult the same day I contacted the salon. She even took the time to do a dry cut and style my hair!

She was quick to jump in and offer advice about the color, style, length, and upkeep of my hair(I don't know anything about hair).
She also talked me through the entire process before doing anything, and in the end, I got exactly what I wanted!

“Wonderful service, I did a walk in and was serviced immediately. I don't trust eyebrow places usually in STL because I have been botched before so I was nervous. But I am so happy with the shape of my eyebrows and quality of the service. Also $12 is a reasonable price for eyebrows in my opinion!“

“I've been getting my hair cut and styled by Heather for nearly 30 years. I've known her since kindergarten and all she's ever wanted to do was be a hairdresser like her mom. There's no style, cut or color she can't do. She's current on all the trends, knows all the classics and even works with textured hair. I can't recommend her enough.

“I’m not an acrylics or fancy nails person. Being so close to my due date I didn’t even get polish this time besides a top coat, but I did go in for a deluxe cooling manicure for the skin and cuticle care and this place delivered! I had maternity/family photos that evening and knew I wanted my dry, ragged cuticles cleaned up. I am sorry to say I can’t remember my nail tech’s name (Nicole maybe?) but she was very nice, efficient without rushing, and did a fantastic job. Love how close this little gem is to my house and reasonable pricing. I’ll be coming back for a pedicure soon!“
