“I called so many places to try to get my cat shaved and was so glad I went with this place. With the help of calming pills suggested by the vet, our senior kitty was able to be groomed without the need for sedation. The groom itself looked so much better than I had hoped for, and the price was very affordable. They worked with our kitty and carefully observed his temperament to minimize his stress during the groom.“

They are getting ready to join us as we move to a new house, and we wanted to let them experience a daycare program so they’d have a safe place to stay while the movers come and pack up our belongings.Usually our pets are home bodies, but we tried the 4-hour get-acquainted session and they did just fine. Thanks to the wonderful staff who made them feel at home!“

“We contacted The Dog House, based on recommendations, to help us with our new 8 month old German Shorthaired Pointer pup, Darby, because her puppy brain, unbridled energy and unfocused temperament was a definite problem in our home. In addition, her separation anxiety was off the charts, and we'd never before experienced this with the dogs that preceded her. After the initial consultation, which was eye-opening and informative, we signed Darby up for a 4-week in house boarding/training program. It was and is still worth every penny! She returned to us a more focused, obedient, much less anxious pup who continues to learn her boundaries (she's a puppy, after all) but is happy, healthy and thriving at home instead of upending it! We have boarded her twice since her "graduation" and will continue to do so in the future because she gets so much attention, activity, and training while there. The office staff, the owner and the trainers are all first rate, honed in on the particular breed presented, very loving but skilled and firm in getting the pooch to understand boundaries so their life and their owner's lives are happy and healthy. We, as owners, learned as much as did our dog, and that is equally important. Highly, highly recommend!!“

“I brought our 16 year old Jack Russell, Gary, in this morning to be put down (because our regular vet didn't have time.) This was my first time at Fox Creek and the entire staff and vet who attended us were incredibly sensitive, thoughtful, kind, and lovely throughout. It's the vet visit pet parents all dread but it could not have been handled with more love and care. We will definitely be moving our other two dogs' future treatment to this practice.“

“We were visiting from our of town and needed daycare for our dog. Kennelwood was great. It is a big facility with lots of outdoor and indoor space for the dogs. We also took care of bathing our dog while he was there and Kennelwood has a discount option for daycare if you do grooming ☺️ The staff was very friendly and good with our dog and we got a report from daycare and grooming when we picked him up. My only complaint was the check on process and check out process were not very good. Stations are not labeled well and I was rather frustrated with this situation. They need better communication and direction in this area. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again“

“Dr. Kersting and Dr. Canada are fantastic avian veterinarians. Our cockatiel had a laceration that had to be surgically repaired. They are competent, capable, and did an excellent job with his surgery. When surgery was mentioned, I was nervous about cost. The procedure was quick, simple, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them.“
