Excellent! Perma jack is what a company should do with a new customer from start to finish. From dealing with Macy in the office, to Keith on the free quote to jimmy and his crew completing the project. The entire staff communicated with me through every step of the project regarding the timeline, what they would be doing each day, etc. Not only did they complete the project early but they even called and asked if they could start the prep work a day early. The took notice of how my yard was and left it just how they found it. The whole team is very professional from top to bottom and they made the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend them to any of my neighbors,friends or family. They did a perfect job with my sunroom as it had started sinking. They reinforced my original posts and saved me from a lot of damage.
