I was referred to Crystal by a family friend for myself and my bridesmaids' hair, and I could not be more thankful! Crystal was incredibly relaxed and easy to work with, and it felt like I knew her already. She was easy to communicate with, and the process for booking her was very streamlined. She was very receptive to my bridesmaids' and my mother-in-laws wishes for their hair. I was not able to have a trial run done, and I really just had vision board pictures to show to Crystal, but it didn’t matter because my hair was absolutely perfect and better than I’d hoped. It stayed in the entire day of my wedding, and I received so many compliments the day of and after.
