I’ve been going to Palm Beach for almost a year now and they are the sweetest people kass (manager) always gives me the best deals and the best discounts on so much! She’s so sweet and has the biggest heart they’ve done amazing with everything that’s going on with fit and tan and has helped their customers tremendously and as much as they can, they go over and beyond for customers!

Shout out to Cassandra and Madison for handling a tough situation with the recent merger and lots of angry customers. They were amazing at keeping calm and explaining how membership is transferring. To be placed in such a crappy customer service situation, they both were amazing!!!
