“We needed a new dang a/c in the burning miserable heat of summer. Other companies gave us the run around if they even got back to us at all. “We have used Kirkwood Hog & Cooling for 12 years. We have had consistent, fair, professional and knowledgeable service. Our A/C froze this week in the extreme heat. Our technical, Ricky A, was great. It proved to be more difficult than just a frozen system- of course. He went to get a part , found out it was back ordered 45 days so took our old part to the shop and worked on it to make it usable. He didn't have to do that. We appreciate his time and talents.
We also have a very old boiler which we are nursing along with the help of Gary. He is our 'boiler whisperer'. WE don't want anyone else touching it.

“I called Tim last Fri afternoon because my furnace was making an unusual noise and I hadn't had it serviced in a couple yrs... he was here within about an hour. My furnace was very old, so I was prepared for the worst... and, of course, that's what I got!! Tim took interior pictures that showed so much rust and erosion that it obviously needed replaced. What I did not expect was that Tim would find several install mistakes with my 2yo second furnace. One of which, was an improper intake vent that was actually pulling carbon monoxide from the other furnace and feeding it into our bedrooms!! This explained our ongoing and recent health issues, so I immediately shut that furnace down!! Tim and his crew were back Monday morning and replaced my older furnace. They returned Tuesday morning to properly rework my second furnace. Tim and his crew were very courteous, clean and worked efficiently. And, in my mind, he may have saved our lives.... so, I highly recommend Gordon's Heating & Cooling.“
