I recently needed emergency treatment for my diabetic Miniature Pinscher and had remembered that a good friend had mentioned that Fox Creek- Manchester was open nearby. After not having a good experience at another local ER hospital, I decided to give Fox Creek a try and I LOVED them!! The entire staff was wonderful- from the front desk personnel to the techs to the doctors- they were all amazing!! Amber was the first tech who I met and she was great! Dr. Mills was the first vet who we saw and she evaluated my girl, Lola, and diagnosed her with diabetic ketoacidosis, which I suspected. Dr. Mills was so sweet and very attentive- and explained Lola’s issues to me perfectly!! Dr. Esser also helped Lola during her treatment and was also wonderful!! Both of the doctors were very knowledgeable and took amazing care of Lola. Lola had to spend the night at Fox Creek- the first night that she spent away from me in the 11 years since I adopted her. The doctors themselves gave me constant updates on Lola during her stay- and I was able to visit her the same evening- before she spent the night away from me. I fully trusted the overnight staff with my girl- and Lola did great! Huge thank you to the entire Fox Creek staff for the wonderful care that they provided in helping my Lola get back to feeling better!!! Would recommend them 1,000%!!! Love that they are open 7 days a week and that you can make an online appointment!! They offer such a wide range of services and are the best kept secret- until the secret gets out about how wonderful they are😉🙌
Very caring group of people. They did an awesome job caring for our flemish giant rabbit with his broken leg and his amputation. They explained everything before and after his surgery.
