I set up an appointment with them a few weeks ago and thought that everything was going to be fine. The day my appointment arrived I got a text saying that there was a scheduling error and she wasn’t able to take me and asked if I could reschedule. Sure no problem, not a big deal. Day of my rescheduled appointment I get to the shop and it’s locked and looked like it was closed for the day. No where did it say that it was closed on Thursdays at around 1:30 in the afternoon. I tried calling, texting and reaching out via Facebook to see what was going on and got no response. I sat in the parking lot for half an hour to see if someone would show up. No on ever did. Just went to Beyond Beauty for the first time and I enjoyed my experience. Bridget was super professional and friendly. She did a great job on my hair and I would definitely go back. I have been in Columbia for over 7 years and I have not found a place that works for me. Bridget definitely understood what I was looking for and was able to deliver! I highly recommend her.
