“Brian was absolutely awesome! I had arrived at my house and found that the air conditioning was not working and the temperature inside 97°. It was after 5:00pm and his company was the first one to pop up when I searched online. He answered promptly and arrived at the house within 45 minutes! Turns out there had been a nearby lightning strike which damaged the electric meter and fried the compressor. Once the electric company fixed the meter the next morning, Brian came right back and finished the repairs on the air conditioner. He and his assistant were so nice and pleasant. I could not have been more pleased with their prompt and courteous service. I highly recommend West Heating & Cooling.“
