It’s summer and very hot. Woke up this morning to the air cond not working properly. Called this company and they arrived quickly and had the bad part replaced fast. Great friendly service. Thank you!
Had a wood stove installed by Brandt heating and cooling and it was a great process. Great communication, showed up when they said they would and did very professional work.
I have a 4 ton carrier heat pump, two different brands of thermostats and they are not compatible with each other, in other words all the confusion in the system they are blowing up the circuit. I have one return air in my hallway, just 1, it is at floor level and sucks everything strait into my furnace. My house is around 1300 ft, for a 4 ton unit. I have called them several times, they fixed it under warranty. after a few more calls to them, Mr. Brandt told me he would no longer cover the warranty. when I bought this house the realtor told me that she checked with Brantds Heating and Cooling and they told her that it is under warranty, and if anything happened to give him a call. My system has had many problems. I asked him how we could fix my problems and that is when he said finish the garage and that ecause the unit is to big for my house. I am a widow now for almost 4 years. My husband would take care of this kind of stuff, and I am not sure how it all works and Mr. Brandt puts in quality Carrier systems that is not up codr or to Carrier standards and will not fix his mistakes, He does not stand by his work.
