I would recommend this group to anyone that wants to start moving and get fit but doesn't want to go to a commercial gym. I love that the coaches stay with you and explain each exercise and show you the correct way to use the machines. I am so glad I joined this group.
I love the intimate atmosphere, even in group sessions everyone is assisted and coached along the way. The coaches are friends and truly care about the clients. Thank you for coming to Liberty, I very much appreciate the opportunity to be part of a fun group and get my exercise to stay healthy.
The coaches are welcoming, positive, helpful and professional. The studio is clean and well maintained. It is easy to schedule sessions and staff responds to occasional changes. Exercises are challenging, but hopefully effective!
