“Update: Issue was resolved on billing and credits very quickly. Management is very professional and made it all better. Thank you.I was unable to make time for my prepaid services so I cancelled by service by phone in August. The receptionist told me my prepaid services had to be used by November. I called to make the appointments to use my credits and the receptionist told me I couldn’t make those appointments until I paid my outstanding balance. What outstanding balance, I said? I cancelled a few months back. The receptionist said I was supposed to sign a terminate agreement form. I asked when and where did they send it and the girl had a bad email address. How is that possible as I constantly get appointment reminders and marketing materials to the correct email constantly? If I had gotten the form I would’ve sent it back immediately. I’ve been asking to speak to a manager a week now who is never in the office. I asked to see proof that they sent the form to me and they haven’t provided that. If I never got the form then they should waive any fees since date of contract. Now I am being asked to pay for a service I cancelled and also can’t use my prepaid credits.“

“Laura's space is incredibly comfortable...light and bright. She has created an amazing experience and it truly feels like she has thought of everything. The service itself, including the service bed you lie down on, allows complete relaxation while Laura thoroughly and gently takes care of you. I'm not sure if it was the particular mood I was in or if Laura gets all the credit, but I felt so taken care of that it brought a tear.“
