I am very upset, I paid alot of money to go grey with highlights and now I am blonde. They will not return my call. I have contacted my lawyer. I paid way to much money. I can not believe they think it is okay to treat customers this way. I would never recommend to anyone. Thank tou

Never heard back from stylist after her not showing up for appointment. Gave lots of opportunities, but heard nothing. A stylist is only as good as their customer service
