I went in for the first time to get a crown put on my tooth. They told me they accepted my HMO Insurance so I ended up getting the procedure done with them. Afterwards once I had the crown put on. They then tell me they don't take my HMO insurance and that I need to pay them outta pocket $1500+ dollars. They are a bunch of scamming liars and on top of that my tooth still hurts. I do not recommend this place, if they had negative stars for a review option I would've chose that. Go somewhere else that won't scam you and actually fix your teeth.

Dr. William Tinsley removed my wisdom teeth and left me with permanent numbness in the right side of my mouth and tongue. He used a medication that states on the box should not be used for the lower jaw. I had to relearn to talk and eat. He also did a root canal that needed to be redone less than a year later. He almost did the procedure on the wrong side of my mouth until I stopped him. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!! Tinsley charged me 4x more for the root canal than the endodontist and it had to be redone. Several times the office almost overcharged me until I called my insurance myself and corrected it. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!!!!

Make it short. Needed a root canal. Had to wait a week. Got there he numbed me had me sit for an hour and a half. No one told me what was going on. I have to work to. I was super upset. Asked receptionist what's going on. He had an emergency, I wasn't told. I left, I was so upset. Came back. Dr Tinsley said, he had an emergency. I was inappropriate if my actions. We both agreed no more services. He wouldn't want me back nor I. He wouldn't finish my tooth. Very unprofessional Dentist. Never have I been treated this way. You are not his only patient, he will be doing alot others while doing you. Plan on sitting.
