My water heater technician Jason provided excellent service. He answered all of my questions, even if I needed to revisit them because I did not completely understand. He was flexible and sensitive to my needs, if there was an alternative solution to what he was proposing I felt confident that I could assert them without issue.
Climate Control’s service technician arrived when stated and was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Good people, quality products and great customer service is why I like Climate Control of KC.
We were Kyles last stop of the night. This man spent 2.5 hrs explaining the whys of whom ever installed this 30yrs ago, didn't do it right. We now have piece of mind, and tomorrow a CORRECT sized system. All thanks to Kyle!
