This company is ON TOP OF IT!! We had a customer that needed help asap while traveling and he did an after hours service call and stayed until the job was done. He was very thorough in his work and made sure he had all of the photos we needed to submit the repairs under warranty. We will most definitely be using him again!!! HIGHLY recommend!!
We were leaving for Florida for 2/ 3 months in mid January I called several rv service dept and was told a wait time of 2/ 3 months I called a mobile rv service they never got back to me I called adjustable hammer !! He called me back the same day and met me at my trailer the next day !!,I gave him a list of repairs inside and outside trailer taylor was able to order parts and fix all my needs !!! He also did a maitaince check on our 6 yr old rv !! We were able to leave on time with peace of mind !! We have been on road for 2 months with no rv issues !! We will continue to use taylor adjustable hammer on future needs !!! His costs were reasonable with professional service !!! No need to go to a rv service center !!!
