Weather Guard Roofing did a good job installing our roof and gutters. They are very easy to talk to and are very prompt at returning phone calls and answering questions and concerns. They are very good at making sure that things are done to the customers satisfaction. This was a very quick process, from the initial appointment to the install was done in 5 days. I would definitely recommend them for new roofs, gutters and any painting needs.
Weather guard roofing came recommended to us, and we could not have been happier. Todd was great to work with. The crew was quick, very courteous, cleaned up nicely and very friendly. An issue arose that Todd could have easily walked away from but he was honest and made sure everything was made right and that is a rarity in today’s world. We would highly recommend !
I can't say enough good things about this company. Although we ultimately didn't move forward with their services due to some complicated circumstances, I have to commend them on their exceptional customer service! From the very start, they were incredibly responsive and professional, going above and beyond in working with our insurance company to streamline the process. Todd was knowledgeable and patient, answering all our questions and making us feel confident in their expertise. Based on our experience with their customer care and dedication, I believe they would have done an outstanding job on our roof.
