Love the Zen Zone! Started attending classes back in 2015ish and love their flows and teachers!! I just completed their Yoga Teacher Trainjng and it was super amazing…great way to learn about yoga for the Mind, Body, and Soul, and Ruthann and Tricia have a gift for teaching others!!

Zen Zone is a really great yoga studio. Excellent classes and instructors for all levels of experience. Attending regularly has helped my back and hip issues immensely and I feel challenged in new ways every time I go.Highly recommend!
