Katy at the perfect pelvis is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. She is thorough and works hard to make sure she gets to the root cause of your muscle pain. If you are having pelvic floor issues or abdominal separation, she is going to be able to help you with whatever issues you're having. She gives stretching regimens and strengthening exercises as well as massage to improve overall body function. You will be so glad you reached out to work towards healing!

I completed 3 months of pelvic floor PT with The Perfect Pelvis. It was 3 years after my child was born and I was still having pelvic floor issues. Katie is nothing short of a magician. I had a consult with her and she was able to give me answers and exercises that I had been running in circles trying to get from other providers. She is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and explained everything in detail during my appointment. I’m hoping to continue my sessions with her asap. Also, Laura at the front desk is equally amazing. She was able to explain the cost structure and scheduling in a way that made perfect sense. I can’t recommend them enough!
