This gym is exactly what I was looking for in what I want in a gym! It has old school style weights that make it seem like you’re actually lifting instead of plastic. The equipment is always clean, tidy and put away. The staff is always very friendly as well! They always have a smile! Plus it’s close to home

I’ve been joining a weekly boot camp at the body shop and love how I feel and am able to work with the personal trainers. They have tons of different machines and am able to really push myself. The staff and trainers make me feel like family.
