I can not praise Joshua Durham and his crew from Shamrock Roofing enough. After being ghosted by another roofing company, Joshua stepped right in and took over. He went to bat for me with my insurance company and got my roof approved. He took the time to explain every detail during the inspection process, the appeal process with the insurance, the timeframe of the project, and the billing/payment process once it was approved. The project was managed as discussed with no hiccups or problems. No detail that was discussed went unfulfilled. They did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Joshua Durham and Shamrock roofing to anyone I know.
We had Josh Durham (Project Manager) come by today since our roof has been starting to leak with all of the crazy Missouri rain we got a few weeks ago. Not only was he extremely punctual and friendly, but he was highly knowledgeable and very informative too. We will definitely always be calling Shamrock Roofing and Construction for all of our roofing needs!!! Thank you Josh!!
Josh came out and did a roof inspection. He found some hail damage. When I filed a claim with my insurance company he showed up to meet the adjuster and walk through where all the damage was. Shamrock scheduled the entire roof replacement for less than a week later. Their crew completed the project in one long day. They cleaned up everything before they left, leaving the yard like they’d never been there. Josh was super easy to work with. I would recommend him and Shamrock to anyone looking for a new roof. They also replaced all the gutters and downspouts which look awesome. The entire experience was pleasant and painless, which is what I like in large projects.
