I had my coat dry cleaned and there was a lot of lint on the coat. I made a post and the manager offered to fix the problem instead of making excuses. So I changed my review because that says a lot about their integrity.
I took a new, expensive comforter that had a stain that the Ross Cleaners employee wasn’t sure would come out since it was new and we didn’t know what the stain was from. I couldn’t return or exchange the comforter because it was a final sale. Well, they got the stain out completely and I was super happy with that. I took it there even though it’s out of my way because I knew if anyone can get a stain out it would be Ross Cleaners. They charge more than my local cleaners but I know to take our nicer clothes and bedding there when needed because you pay for what you get. They’ve been in the area at least 30 years and I hope they never close. I highly recommend... read full review
I dry clean my suit weekly and have for almost ten years. My first time at Ross Miller was this past week and my suit has truly never been more clean. Don’t waste time at the competition.
