Orkin service man arrived on time. Sent text when we were next so we watched for him. We were facing a possible thunder storm and it began to rain so he treated our whole outside with two types of insecticide. He was also very thorough in the inside of the house. I would say he went above and beyond. Also, if something crops up in the next 30 days someone will come out, no extra charge, to take care of the problem. Couldn’t ask for more!

Russell, the service tech, was very personable and professional. He was attentive to the information that I had to share, and was was very forthcoming on explaining the details of the service. The tech worked steadily to complete the service, but did not rush. I feel that the process got proper, professional attention.
