I had a wonderful experience with Orkin. I called to schedule an appointment for treatment of many wasp nests in my car port. Andrew was very helpful on the phone and set me up. There were many emails and text to confirm my appointment and notify me the day of when my tech was on the way. The technician, James, was wonderful. He inspected my property with me and made some suggestions for preventing wasp nests in the future. He explained everything he was going to do to treat my existing problem, and he answered all of my questions. He was very thorough and professional. It was a pleasure to have him service my property.

Every pest control tech has been very professional since I started using them about 5 months ago. Before using them there was a decent infestation of roaches no matter the diligence put forth to get rid of them with store bought controls. Now, after a few months, I have a hard time remembering the last time I've seen any. Not saying they're completely eradicated because I have seen one here or there but it is increasingly rare. Orkin works around your schedule and notifies you ahead of visits and will adjust if need be. Recommend highly.
