This was my first visit to Orchid. The lobby is warm, clean and welcoming. I liked it. The receptionists were both kind & helpful. Very friendly. I had a Hydrafacial with Emily. Emily did great job & I was very satisfied with the service. I can’t wait to go back!
Staff was phenomenal. Didnt feel pressured to have any thing done, other than what i requested. Professional, personable vibe throughout the office. They will have my business for life.
I completed Botox Tx with Briauna Abell, RN. She made me feel at ease with the visit and walked me through the appointment prior to giving injections. She has a great bedside manner and I feel her experience working in an EMERGENCY ROOM, is very reassuring knowing I’m in competent hands. I went back for a follow up and my results were beyond expected!
